(yeah, i know, i'm lame. but it's a WONDERFUL festival that is on a super looooow budget and can never afford to pay anyone as much as they deserve. it is non-profit and non-debt and always just barely scrapes by, financially.) <br/> <br/>the festival this year is may 6th, 7th, and 8th (which is mother's day weekend). the hours are: friday noon-10pm, saturday 9am-10pm, and sunday 9am-5pm. i'd like to have the toy space active between 10am and 5pm each day (except friday, obviously :). <br/> <br/>no need to have a curriculum or any experience teaching, just a willingness to answer questions and help people around you. <br/> <br/>is anyone interested? <div>I just read from someone on one of Slim's many tribes this one being the SF Burners tribe that the theme this year will involve the man being on and surrounded by domes. domes at BM go figure, we have domes here in Davis? well anyway they had an Election party at the BM SF office for some Mayor race they had and anyone voting in SF got to join the party. I don't know if they got Larry drunk and thus making these rumors true but below is a post. I saw on another tribe someone made a reference to Ice being this years theam. Maybe that is how the Antacrtica joke reference below got twisted into a stupid rumor. Maybe all the below is stupid too. Maybe Larry was just fucking around. Thats why I dislike the over abundance of el wire glowsticks and blinky things. <br/> <br/>I was also impressed by marians enthusiam to opening up the project and office to more political events like on voting day.
